The first floor of the Bond-owned Ivy House Hotel houses a restaurant, and there is a bar on the ground floor. Both are run by a local licence-holder, through whom all bookings for dinner should be made.
Neither menus nor opening hours are under HPB's direct managerial control. These facilities are available to both Bondholders and to the general public.
All visiting Bondholders may, if they choose, enjoy a prepared breakfast in the restaurant. And residents also have access to all the facilities of Braithwaite Court.
Bookings can be made for any number of nights on a bed and breakfast basis.
Braithwaite Court has its own clubhouse for use, free-of-charge, by Bondholders and guests. It contains a 10 x 5 metre indoor heated swimming pool, a games room (with table tennis), a billiards room with full-size table and a pool table above the exercise room. A sun bed is also upstairs.
Other facilities include a steam room and sauna situated at the end of the swimming pool, a heated drying room (where wet walking gear may be left), and a secure cycle store.
Swings for the children can be found within the two and a half acre sloping grounds.
