Braithwaite Court, Gibson Court, Glen Helen and Oak Cottage are all situated in the centre of the village. They offer a total of 32 one-, two- and three-bedroom cottages and apartments, as well as a clubhouse and leisure centre. The nearby Ivy House Hotel has 13 en-suite bedrooms.
The apartments are either on the ground- or first-floor, and the cottages are on two floors. Many of the properties are named after an early investor in the Holiday Property Bond. And all are extremely well-equipped and furnished to include a television and DVD player (a free DVD library is available).
